✨ Back to Basics. Move Forward.

AI is reshaping how we build software. 🤖

From writing code and debugging to adopting new tools, the development practices we once took for granted are evolving at record speed.
Yet, the core principles of good software engineering remain unchanged.

As tools become more powerful, we must reflect more deeply on why we build, how we design systems, and what responsibilities we carry.
Going back to basics doesn’t mean stepping backward—it means reinforcing our foundation so we can boldly move forward.

We revisit timeless engineering principles and explore the future of development in harmony with AI.

And at Flutter Korea 2026, the Google Flutter Core Team is visiting Korea in person! 🇰🇷💙
Join the creators of Flutter as we discuss the present and future direction of the framework.

Back to Basics. Move Forward.

Speak up if you see or hear something.

Harassment is not tolerated, and you are empowered to politely engage when you or others are disrespected. The person making you feel uncomfortable may not be aware of what they are doing, and politely bringing their behavior to their attention is encouraged.

Practice saying "Yes and" to each other.

It’s a theatre improv technique to build on each other’s ideas. We all benefit when we create together.

We have a ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY for harassment of any kind.

Participants asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately. Our zero tolerance policy means that we will look into and review every allegation of violation of our Event Community Guidelines and Anti-Harassment Policy and respond appropriately.
